Collectibles (graded cards and other collectibles)
All collectible sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund. Because counterfeit and altered collectibles are a real problem in this market, we do not accept returns on collectibles. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos.
Art
Art pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us within that window with your order number. Items must be returned in the condition they were received. We cover the cost of return shipping for art returns, and your refund is issued to your original payment method once the item arrives back to us.
Damaged items
If any item arrives damaged, contact us right away with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
