Processing time
Orders ship within 3 business days of payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Carrier
All orders ship with USPS. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the items in your order. Graded cards and other small items ship at a lower rate than large or heavy art pieces, and orders that combine both are priced accordingly.
Packaging
Every item is packed to protect it in transit. Graded cards are secured in their slabs and packed so they cannot shift, and larger art pieces are boxed with padding.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it has not arrived, please contact us right away with your order number and, for damage, photos of the package and the item.
